On Tuesday 19th August, we are getting a new telephone system installed. This will not impact on our patient population too much, apart from a small closure between 1230 - 1330 on Tuesday to allow the switchover to take place. 

Of note, our staff will be getting trained on the day and therefore may require a little more time to handle your calls and queries. Please be patient with us while we navigate this change. 

You may notice some changes to our welcome messages and menu options in due course so please ensure you listen to the messages fully before selecting your options. 

The Grampian LMC (Local Medical Council) have released a letter to the public of Grampian (Shire, City and Moray) explaining why Primary Care has had to change how they deliver care and services to patients.
