In order to assist us with this, please complete the questionnaire fully and provide as much information as possible. If felt to be appropriate, we will use the answers provided to refer you onwards to the ADHD specialist team.

Please note, the ADHD waiting list is extensive and you may have a lengthy wait of around 2+ years. We unfortunately have no control over this and cannot expedite any appointments for you.

Please also note that if you opt to seek a private diagnosis, we will be unable to provide prescriptions for this on the NHS as per NHS Scotland guidelines.
